WebCITY BEERFEST 2013. On July 4th 2013, Guildhall Yard played host to the City’s first ever outdoor beer festival to raise money for the Lord Mayor’s Appeal. Over 2,000 thirsty residents and city workers flocked to the Guildhall to sample the many cask ales, lagers and stouts provided by ten of the country’s best-known breweries. WebSome of Britain’s best beers are being draughted into the heart of the City on 7 July as the City of London Corporation’s annual Beerfest returns. To the celebratory New Orleans-themed sounds of band Unswung Heroes, visitors will be able to enjoy over 30 different ales and beers from British and international breweries.
